Ferry Cruise To/From St. Petersburg Russia!
by: Davide

Dear Barbara,

Thank you for stopping by on our site.

With regard to your question, "Can I take the ferry one-way from St. Petersburg to Tallinn, or Tallinn via Stockholm?" below is my answer.

If you plan to make a Russian visa before travelling to Russia, then YES, you can buy a one way ticket from St. Petersburg to Tallinn or anywhere you want with St. Peter Line, if the ferry company this year include this route in their schedule.

However, if you plan to go to Russia visa free, then you need to book your trip on a cruise ship or go with a ferry cruise such as St. Peter Line Ferry. When you travel on a cruise ship or ferry cruise it is mandatory to buy a return ticket, and hold a hotel confirmation if you plan to stay 1 or 2 nights. Only this way you can qualify for the Visa Waiver Program.

If you travel by train I suggest to take a look Here

While if you wish to travel on a cruise or ferry please take a look Here

Hope it helps!
